In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Minimum Age. The p88 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. p88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement is not met. Any deposits held in an underage account will be returned.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one p88 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false, misleading, or outdated information — including name, date of birth, address, or Pakistani mobile number — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the p88 platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. p88 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all locations. Players in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with all locally applicable statutes and regulations before registering.
2.5 Account Registration Process. To register a p88 account, you must complete the registration form, provide a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Registration is complete only upon successful mobile number verification.
3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p88 login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. p88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify p88 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your p88 account. Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] without delay.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. p88 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account and PKR balance.
3.4 Shared Devices. You should always log out of your p88 account when accessing from shared or public devices. p88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to log out of a shared device.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the p88 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at the rate determined by p88 at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your p88 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. p88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 7). p88 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the p88 cashier section. These limits may be amended at p88's discretion.
4.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are from legitimate sources. The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party funds is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. p88 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, bets placed with obvious errors in odds or pricing, or bets that p88 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in breach of these Terms.
5.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event result cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe; there was a manifest error in the displayed odds; or the bet was placed by a suspended or restricted account.
5.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets at p88 cover PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments. In-play markets are subject to the live event state at the time the bet is accepted. Ball-by-ball and match-level settlement rules are detailed in the p88 Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.
5.4 Casino Games. All casino games hosted on p88 operate with certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable. Live casino games are broadcast from professional studio environments with real dealers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. p88 may impose maximum winnings caps on individual bets, games, or sessions. These caps are displayed within the relevant product section or on request from support.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. p88 reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
6.3 Abuse. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to extract bonus value, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Modification. p88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.1 Verification Requirement. KYC verification is mandatory for all p88 accounts before withdrawal requests will be processed. p88 may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.
7.2 Accepted Documents. For Pakistani players, accepted KYC documents include: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid Passport, or valid Driver's Licence. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required.
7.3 Verification Timeframe. p88 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. p88 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or unclear documentation.
7.4 Data Use. KYC data is processed solely for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, and fraud prevention. Please refer to the p88 Privacy Policy for full details on how your personal data is handled.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where required.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the p88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game assets, is the property of p88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any p88 platform content without prior written authorisation.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from gaming activity.
10.2 p88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and p88 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.3 p88's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your p88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 p88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All p88 account holders have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session duration controls, cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion — all accessible from account settings without requiring contact with support.
11.2 If you request self-exclusion, p88 will freeze your account without delay. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications from p88. Attempts to open new accounts during a self-exclusion period are a breach of these Terms.
11.3 p88 operates strict age verification procedures. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account suspended immediately and any deposits returned. p88 does not knowingly market its services to minors.
12.1 By p88. p88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or the player is subject to a self-exclusion.
12.2 By the User. You may close your p88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC completion.
12.3 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, p88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. p88 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p88 is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure their use of the p88 platform complies with local laws applicable in Pakistan.
p88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p88 will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification with a reasonable notice period prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the p88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
